(A/N’s- This is an A/U in which Bulma and Chi-Chi are saiya-jin sisters. Vegeta-sei is the owner of a large
empire, and the saiya-jins recognize that love, friendship, and hatred make warriors strong. So if any of the
characters seem OOC, and you don’t like it, don’t say I didn’t warn you!! Flame all you dare, I wear
fire-resistant perfume.)

The Mystic

Chapter 1

In the universe there were two Empires. One was that of the Saiya-jins. They were a proud race that
helped planets unable to defend themselves from enemies. The Saiya-jins would offer protection in turn for
help in the technology, metal working, and agricultural fields. The other Empire was that of the tyrant
Freiza. He conquered planets, keeping beautiful residents as “pets”, and killing all others. Freiza was a
monster, but no fool. He knew the Saiya-jins were strong, but he also knew he could defeat any saiya-jin
in his final form, all except one, the legendary, but Freiza also knew of another myth. Already his sick mind
was looking for a way to destroy any hope of a “legendary” emerging.

“I will teach those monkeys who is the true power of the universe! I will find a way to crush them. Find
Olla for me, I have a little business to do on Larkeo.”

The strongest Saiya-jins on Vegeta-sei were sent to protect the empire’s most valuable possession, a tiny,
blue planet known throughout as Chikyuu. It was known that Freiza had his eyes on the planet as well.
Chikyuu was a land full of life and precious metals. King Vegeta knew Freiza would not attack the planet if
there were any Saiya-jins around. So he had his son pick three saiya-jin elites to travel with him and set up
base on Chikyuu. Prince Vegeta had hand picked these protectors based on their ability to fight him.
Kakarott was second in command, he had been the only one to put up a really good fight, and he and the
Prince had grown up together. He had the responsibility of keeping the Chikyuu’s residents at peace with
one another. He picked several strong humans to help with the task. These men had been Chikyuu’s
protectors, but with the cream of the saiya-jin crop on hand they weren’t really needed. A young man by
the name of Trunks was responsible for technology and science. He and the Prince would be living at the
largest, most technologically advanced place on Chikyuu, Capsule Corp. The youngest member of the
squad was Gohan. He and Kakarott had a special relationship, almost like brothers. They would reside in
a small cottage in the Black Forrest.

None of the men had been fortunate enough to mate while on Vegeta-sei. They had hoped Chikyuu had
pleasant females, but so far only Gohan and Trunks had met anyone worth taking as a mate. So to bide
their time the two other men sparred and perfected their Ki techniques. Vegeta and Kakarott had been out
sparring in a field when the two strangers had shown up. Both felt the two powers, and immediately
thought the worse. What could it be?

Chi-Chi and Bulma had followed their scouters to the two largest powers on Chikyuu. They were saiya-jin
powers, they had to be. Kakarott and Vegeta had been surprised when the girls found them. And even
more so when they saw the long tails wrapped around each slender waist. They were the daughters of two
elite saiya-jins, Carrion and Onya. Carrion had been a royal ambassador to King Vegeta, and Onya was
from a family of first class fighters. Because of Carrion’s ambassador status the family had been stationed
on Larkeo, a large, industrial planet. The two together had been an almost unstoppable pair. Apparently,
though, someone had stopped them. Bulma explained that Onya had felt a familiar power, a man named
Olla. He had been a friend of the family, but had recently tried to scare the saiya-jin family off the planet,
for reasons unknown to the girls. Onya had gone to check it out. She never came back. Carrion had
vowed revenge for his mate, but he too had fallen at the hands of the evil. Both girls knew Olla had, at one
time, worked for Freiza, but he had somehow won over the Ambassador’s trust.

Vegeta pulled Kakarott over to the side, “That blue girl is the Mystic.”

“What!! That was just a myth! If that is true then…”

“That means the Legendary is here, on Chikyuu!” Vegeta finished for Kakarott.
